Saturday staturday and rest day! Feeling not great about my week and bracing for the judgemental scale tomorrow. What can i say, i ate everything i could get my mitts on. Could be hormonal, but probably just me losing focus and taking my eye off the prize for a moment. I am just going to keep going. On the plus side, i felt i worked out well the last two days. i really gave it that extra oomph. I even finally rated myself as "nailed it" rather than "barely made it" for the first time (in 8 weeks!) when i checked the workouts off the calendar. It is absolutely perfect out. Upper 60s, sunny and dry. Going to finish my coffee and take the doogie walking. Then i have errands. I am out of dog chews and treats and want to continue to live here. I super appreciate the kind and wise folks here at fs. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I think you are going to do just fine at weigh in, and remember it is not all about the scale, it is about how much better you feel and how you are working hard to improve all of you, not just the scale.
