there is another 8 week challenge starting soon... I'm skipping this one im not in a position to play this time hahahaha.
they run "playoffs" at the start and end, they are run on a Saturday you should have a crack mate... best and worse 10 mins of your life lmao
I posted a score of 406.91 at the end of my challenge and looking to blow that out the water next time.

I have to keep telling myself

It's when they put 800m on the rower and say if you don't want to do burpees after class your staying on till it reaches 0 that I cry abit inside lmao
