I have been slightly bad lately.
While I've been really good with my softdrink (One a fortnight) i've been bad with my junk food. Packet chips, caplippos, raspberry tartlets.
On the good side i'm about to finish week 6 of going to the gym. I'd never thought I'd get this far. No weight loss that I can see (or Feel) but i'm feeling good about myself.
