Who here plans out their meals week to week? I’m keen to speak to people who either plan their own, or use plans provided by others?

I do. Not always a week in advance, but pretty much always a day or two.

👍🏻 I’m actually looking to do skype (or similar) interviews with our users about this - who would be up for that?

I plan our dinners for the week and then shop according. I just look for recipes on taste.com.au that suit my diet requirements.

I plan my meals for every week. Either on a Saturday or Sunday coming for the week. That way I dont have to worry about time constraints during the week of making food.

I pretty much eat the same thing all day Huge pot of soup so I guess I plan it haha

I plan my own meals. I usually eat the same meals one week on, then rest the meal for a week or 2.

I plan my meals every week. I used to cook 3 times a week and make sure I make enough for 4 meals... 2 dinners and 2 lunches. Now that I’ve switched to cooking once a week, I meal prep and cook on Sundays. I always have 3 different types of meals and pack them all in plastic containers with lids so I can freeze them. I have enough for Sunday dinner through Saturday lunch. This way I can pick and choose what I what for dinner and lunch. Takes me about 4-5 hours to prep, cook, weigh and record all foods going into a container for 2 people for the whole week

That’s great :) I typically cook the main protein for a few days’ supply, then assemble the salads etc to go with it on the day. But lunch/dinner often stay consistent for 2-3 consecutive days before I switchto the next protein.
