I was actually 116.5 when I started losing weight but started recording on fatsecret a week later. I have finally lost 10kg :) just 20 to go.
I have already had to half my blood medication because my blood pressure had gone from dangerously high to now very low. My blood pressure is now not even normal but optimal. Not bad seeing as I was borderline for a pacemaker and a stint.
I plan to stay on a keto diet permanently... ditching sugar, bread and homogenized milk has been the best choice I have made.
