Fasted 23 hours. Rm wanted to go to baker's square. Neither of us have been in years. It was good! I ordered a blt and salad and extra salad. I am stuffed. could've just had half, but no. Unfortunately my order came with pie. I was caught unawares and took a piece of strawberry rhubarb home. Just ate half and will toss the other half. Next time i will leave it. But overall i did well. Also worked out an extra day, so.

Thank you!! I am blessed to be able to control my home kitchen, but when i go out i tend to treat it like a free for all. Add free pie and it is over. So... just working on strategies. Thank god don't have to deal with free workplace food anymore. It is a killer, especially when combined with work stress!
