So I dropped about 400g overnight. I know that if I do that every day for a week that is nearly 3 kg lost so I am pretty happy knowing that 400g over night is amazing. I have 32 kgs to lose so I know that it will be a long road, and I will lose quite quickly in the beginning. I would like to be under 95 kgs at Christmas time (closer to 90 if possible).
