Happy New Year, fs friends!

I really try to avoid making resolutions, because i feel it sets me up for feeling depressed, but then i do anyway. Just putting these program goals to keep in mind for 2020 out there:

Eating
Remember that food is my friend.
Continue IF.
Eat and stop eating earlier in the day.
Choose plant-based more often.
Cut down further on beef and pork.
Stop ordering out.
Limit snacking/eliminate eating as "something to do."
Become more aware of emotional eating (and curb it).
Eat more fruit and veggies.
Limit booze.

Fitness
Break through 6-month barrier. Work out faithfully and consistently for 6 months.
Remember no matter how crappily i am working out, i am "running circles around" the me that just sits on the couch.
Everything counts.
Conquer the committee.
Use exercise to de-stress.

Fasted 16 hours. I had leftovers for lunch. Tuna salad on rye, collard greens slaw, guac, chips, and minestrone. it was yummy.
