Woke at 225.8, up 1.8 from yesterday. Had too much to eat and drink last night. I finished the protein powder and yogurt when I got home. So I added that to today's food log. Drinks after work tonight. Not going to eat a lot if anything. UPDATE: Survived drinks and some snacks. Got home at 225.0. Calories high, but that includes what I ate late last night and added to today's totals.
