Woke at 225.8, up 2.2 from yesterday. I keep gaining and losing this 2.2 pounds every other day. I just found out I need to work away from the office for two weeks as someone who was at our office last week went back to Minnesota and was diagnosed with the virus. So, I have a lot of control. I'm going to do alternate day fasting for the rest of the month, starting today. That will help me get back on target by March 31. UPDATE: Coffee, water, and black tea all day. Got to 221.4 in the evening. I was cold all day!
