Has anyone had any luck with Youfoodz? I have started 1 Youfoodz meal for dinner each night with a salad/tuna and low carb bread for lunch. Any Youfoodz success stories would be greatly appreciated :)

yes I use Youfoodz and love it. I have yoghurt for breakfast, salad sandwich for lunch, Youfoodz for dinner. I find their meals smaller than what I normally eat but they are good. I walk between 4-8 km a day. Moving weight slowly, but I believe that that is better than losing heaps at once Love Youfoodz....very reasonably priced!
