I haven't been on here in a year! And what a year, right, people? I managed to pack on some weight after starting some hormone therapy for hot flashes and then COVID hit and there was more weight to be added. I've cleaned up my eating habits but alas no weight has come off. I started exercising again, but again, no budging on the scale. Tomorrow I start with a new weight loss coach and fingers are crossed that he can help me turn my momentum into some solid, ever lasting weight loss numbers. Away we go.
