I love spaghetti squash!! When I make this, I do a creamy tomato sauce or turkey bolognese with a few toasted pine nuts on top and lots of black pepper. 😍

I cook the spaghetti squash inside down in a dish with little water. about 10 minutes. scoop out with spaghetti spoon into bowl. have with spaghetti sauce and low fat italian sausage or meatballs

I still have the other half which I think I'll eat tonight. had the acorn squash last night. technically, this is the air fryer, but I used the bake function, so not as hot and doesn't get dried out. cooked pretty much the same as in regular oven, 20 minutes, 350.
