Full egg omelette (with corn kernels, chopped chives, shredded parmesan); topped with pan fried chicken, sauteed mushrooms, roasted sweet potato, avocado, radish, kalamata olives, beetroot, arugula/rocket, cherry tomatoes (from my garden), spring onion.
