Yes we have a winner! I went back on potatoes only on Monday and yesterday I did a juice cleanse during the day and had some potatoes as a late dinner. It's good to see some movement on the scale. Only one more pound to lose and I will have officially lost the Covid Chub from last year. Holding fast to the potatoes today.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I love baked potatoes, French fries, mashed potatoes w/gravy, BUT....I haven't been doin' potatoes lately. I'm trying not to do them anymore. I want to see how long I can do w/o them. I do crave some good French fries at least 2-3 times per week as well as refried pinto beans w/cheese like the beans & cheese burrito I just had yesterday. lol
