The last year in Melbourne has taught me to focus on the things I value most to get me the best mileage each day. I’m increasingly noticing the value of a 1hr+ walk with my fiancé every day. On the days we don’t follow that ritual we both end up cranky & I know for me at least, my experience of the day is lessened.

So here’s to sticking with the simplest things that deliver the most value.

coffee and prayer. I'm a mess the rest of the day without it.

Meditation and exercise. I’ve been meditating all my life, and I very rarely do a day without it. It strengthens deep connection to the all. Exercise has become a necessity that I have come to look forward to every day, I love the energised totally alive and satisfied feeling after my workouts.
