Woke at 228.4, down .2 from yesterday, despite a serious cheat meal for dinner. Had a good night's sleep even after a 1.5-hour post-dinner nap. UPDATE: Black coffee until 4 pm, when I ate a late lunch of zucchini bake. Did weighted squats, pushups, and 30 minutes of steady-state cardio before that. Got to 226.5. Roast beef later tonight.
