how have I never thought to put instant coffee in my protein shakes. I use unflavored whey protein because I don't care for really sweet stuff. A pinch of cinnamon and a tiny bit of honey and Cocoa and that would be awesome. thank you for the idea!!!

Instant coffee in yogurt is really good, too. You just have to figure out your amount. I usually use about 1/4 of those little slim packets per serving of yogurt.

MCT oil mixes easily with blender shakes. MCT provides many health benefits: helps manage blood sugar levels, great energy source & brain food.
