I am one of a few people who have never had veggie zoodles yoodles or squoodles. Do the twist around a fork like spaghetti?

Those are baby bell peppers. Not hot at all. Just delish.

yes, they twist around the fork like spaghetti if you cut them long, which I do. I don't have a lot of time to prep at lunch, so I just heat up the pan as I'm making them and toss them in for a few minutes to heat up but not get mushy. They really do taste close to pasta as far as mouth feel.
