Yeah, that’s how they cooked so fast. From frozen solid to cooked in twenty minutes. Not bad for someone who doesn’t plan. Harder to get protein in though. More fat and calories per serving

Buy an immersion circulator Kat for $99. I cook frozen chickyboob in a 141.5F waterbsrh for 3 hrs. Perfect every time. Reverse sear as desired.

Shrewd, that's what I usually do. Costco was out of all three of my preferred options that day and so I settled for thighs.
