Woke at 220.6, up .6 from yesterday. I was a bit dehydrated yesterday, which led to my lower weight. I drank 25 ounces of green tea and 40 ounces of black coffee this morning, much of which was still with me when I weighed again at noon (222.5). Just sticking with the process. Have a great week! UPDATE: Down to 222.1 before dinner.
