good progress this week. 2 days fasting helped with deficit and reduced overall carb intake from dairy (Greek yoghurt). setting new weight goal of 70kg which should get me to about 12% bf.
71 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
