Kenna Morton's Journal, 21 Mar 22

I eat 25 grams of home made granola every day for lunch with yogurt blueberries and another homemade concoction of chia, hemp, flax, PB powder, whey and a couple of other things. So today was granola making day. Takes about an hour to throw together and another hour to bake. Not low carb, not necessarily low cal but it’s nutritional value meets my needs, and it is a portion controlled item. I only make it once a month so I make a lot and it stores well and travels well and is ideal for some of the hiking that I do.. So while the kitchen is already dirty and I have an hour to kill while the granola Is baking, it also becomes the day I give my cast iron pans a little bit of a cleaning and re oil them. I hate housework so I kill as many birds as I can within the designated time I allow for this kind of shit.
