Fasted 24 hours. Somehow I got almost 24,000 steps today. I had basically the same as yesterday, but in patty melt form and we busted into the good chips!

Thanks buenita! Fyi, Kenna posted the recipe for the black bean burgers. If you Google the blog my baking addiction, it's on that blog. They are so good, they are in my regular rotation. I eat meat too, but these are great veggie alternative.

PS: FWIW the zucchini pancakes were kind of a flop. I usually make them like potato latkes but with zucchini. These, for some reason I added some baking soda and they came out very very cakey. I wanted to put butter and syrup on them. Lesson learned.
