Ok - I am SO impressed you can portion control potato chips! I have to learn to moderate them eventually since I do like them. I am learning to moderate french fries and doing pretty good...

Thank you, everyone! HCB, I try, but I am not always great about controlling my portions of chips and salty snacks. I always log it, but I don't take photos of seconds and thirds! But I would rather try to limit carbs than cut them entirely. And FWIW, I think I kept those to just the one serving. Veggies and dip help. You are killing it girl! I see you!
