I reached my plateau weight. Years ago.
I have been so very good with my walking and eating and have been stuck on it again. They say you can be on a plateau for eight weeks! Goodness when will I break through that barrier. I might just stop weekly weighing and make it monthly! I am very confident that I will get to my goal weight set by the doctor but I am going to negotiate with my scales and halve my goal and renegotiate when I reach my first. Thanks diary
85.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
