Starting the journey yet again. Just finished 3 weeks holidays with family over east and I feel sluggish and exhausted. Back to work tomorrow so won’t be going out for lunches or having way too much alcohol each day. My goal is 5 kg by Xmas, then another 5 kgs next year. Wish me luck folks 🥴
