I met some friends for coffee this morning with whom I have not visited for about six months.
Every time, they ask "What are you into now?" because they know nutrition and fitness are my hobbies! I talked about my keto program, and the low carb high fat program. It was fun!

Yes - I am doing it with the exception of the dairy - I am not eating dairy. I use olive oil only.
