March was a month of resolve, commitment and determination. Kilos weren't coming off as easy as before. For the full month the loss was only 3.1kilos. However, I have lost about 3 inches around my wrist, and this month I may need to look for a new belt (next size, but now how you know it) 😁😁.
One of the profound realisations is the importance of forming habits. Habits that are good for my health, wellbeing and life. If I was making all that effort to just lose weight then I would have been sorely disappointed. That disappointment can take manifest into many negative consequences, one of them being giving up. Since I have a long term vision to make good of my actions, the physical habits like healthy eating, portion control, calorie and macronutrient consciousness, working on fitness, staying away from unwanted stress etc are helping. Here's to another overall positive month.
