I've been building all the garden improvements I've planned over the last 25 years, including an outdoor kitchen for my wife.
No gym or walking, but the garden work gives me 16,000 to 25,000 steps a day.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
