The realisation dawned on me, this week, of why I was so horrified by that photo of me dancing. I have been so focussed on getting to 100, that I had forgotten just how serious my weight problem really was/is. Even though I fitted into that long dress, at 100 kg, I am still 30 to 35 kg overweight. The photo showed the reality: a king-hit reality check!!! Hate the feeling, but hope that it keeps me on task.
