I just finished my most intense workout yet in terms of heart rate and calorie burn. It consisted of a combination of uphill jogging, sprinting up steps, and brisk walking a couple minutes at at time between those 2 things. Duration: 62 minutes Calories burned: 733 Average heart rate: 127bpm Peak heart rate: 154bpm 25 minutes in peak zone (>138) 21 minutes in cardio zone (115-138) 16 minutes in fat burn zone (81-114)
I'll be cutting my grass this evening which means pushing a lawn mover over a half acre yard and associated trimming/clean up. I'm thinking today might be my highest calorie burn for the day since I got my fitbit, we'll see. Loving my fitbit, feeling pretty good!
