Made myself a dessert today. Something I can eat without driving up my calories: a cup of homemade sugar-free orange Jell-O (20 calories), covered with 6 Tbsp of canned Whip Cream (45 calories) - total 65 calories. Made me feel like I was having something special. Had Physical Therapy today and then ran 6 errands (took 2-3 hours). In spite of being up all night, I didn’t do any walking before I left home at 7:13. It’s almost 2pm, and I’ve only walked 2 miles. I’m eliminating some of the things I had planned to eat today, and will therefore not meet Fiber or Protein goal. Haven’t had ANY water, and am on my 7th can of Diet Coke! Not my best day, but my calories will, at least, be low. Tomorrow will be a better day!

Sugar-free jello with spray whipped cream was a favorite when I was losing. I still mix up a bowl occasionally.

Guess I better quit having 2 cups (allegedly 4 servings) and a cup of whipped cream per day. Reckon having more than 1 serving means there’s actually more carbs.

You did well and got a lot accomplished. Some days we have to make allowances for the differing demands of the day. Be kind to yourself, tomorrow will offer new challenges and you are up to it.

Ah, learning to find the treats that work for you 😊 I couldn't do without a treat here and there, although I'll confess I've been stress eating too many of them lately. One of my favorites is cacao nibs wrapped in a pitted medjool date

JovialJ, thanks for the reminder to be kind to myself. I didn’t beat myself up after only getting in 3 miles yesterday. writingwyo, I tried cacao nibs and didn’t care for them, and I don’t think I’ve ever eaten a date. Sounds like a healthy snack option, though.
