Hammertone's Journal, 19 Oct 15

Trying for a strong week, with plenty of movement. I need to work on the drum parts for a rock gig in just under three weeks, so that will burn useful calories each day as long as I keep it intense. Can't graze when drumming either!

Other cardio is a bit tricky lately, because of the pain in my right knee, but rowing seems okay if I'm careful not to lock out my knees. Upper body stuff at the gym is going well as I have managed to crank that right up in the last five weeks. I iced my knee last night, after the big day of gym and drumming. It does seem a bit less sore this morning, so I'll need to make that a regular event.

I know I need to patiently work through the weight plateau I've hit and that not giving up will be the key.
