Back from a nice visit to family in Buffalo and trying to get back on the straight and narrow eating path. We've gotten rid of the junk at home, just need to stay away from the stuff at work. Will be going to dinner with my wife tonight but planning on either fish or a steak. Hope everyone has a safe New Year's Eve.

I'm afraid I fed more than my soul, lol. I'm not going to post an official weight until Saturday but as of right now I'm up about 6 lbs from my pre-Christmas weight. Working on getting back down, a lot is water but some fat too. Feeling puffy!

Happy New Year. I'm sure that those six pounds will melt off, once the holidays are past.

"Puffy" is my short term motto too :) 5 lbs of fun from the 23rd till this morning. Had some great days with family and friends, wouldn't change a thing!! Jim, I'm looking forward to the New Year...wishing you and everyone all the best and to future success throughout the New Year!!
