So I came down with the flu last week. That meant literally zero exercise. Plus, being bored and home all day meant I kinda threw diet out the window and ate everything in sight. Regretting it massively now - I was so close, and now there's no way I'll reach my goal by the time university starts. On the plus side, I now know that what I was doing really was making a difference. Back on the horse. I'll get there.
