Day 3 of being the same weight. Sigh. I guess the body has to reset itself and weight loss tends to come in clusters, at least with me. I was proud of myself for not giving in to sugar or treats yesterday and it was a real bear of a day with all the stress surrounding the election. I'm ready to head out into my day prepared with my lunch and water bottles. Good luck to everyone out there struggling with their weight and their food strategies.
105.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there hun! I had nearly two weeks of yo-yo'ing one pound back and forth, back and forth... Frustrating, I know! Just stay strong and focused on eating healthy, and you'll break through. You did the right thing by avoiding all those sugars and treats, so I know you'll do well!!! <hugs!>
