I was up today, back over the 230 bump. I kinda figured that would happen since we ate out last night. I did have a salad and 1/2 a California Roll so it wasn't some super indulgence but it seems every time I eat even one meal out of the house my weight goes up. Salt intake probably.

I do Olllelam, I do. I exercise almost every day (I have a very physical job so once in a while I can't get out and hit the hiking trail or gym), I'm also 99% plant based in my diet. I cook most of my own food with careful attention paid to things like flour, oil, salt, and sugar. This month I'm really striving for abstinence from sugar/flour. I'm following the 4 Bright Lines to end this painful and destructive addiction once and for all.

Ollie, your such a putz. Always trolling the community with your self righteous words of wisdom. You don't even have a publicly viewable profile. Clean up your own back yard loser!
