It's Thanksgiving. A day of gratitude, of time spent with those we love and also a day that can be very stressful for people with food addictions. This month I've been working the Bright Line Eating program and I feel less concerned about losing control than any Thanksgiving previously. Food wise it's just another day. As of this mornings weigh in I'm still at my lowest weight in 1 1/2 years. Definitely something to be grateful for. Many blessings to all the people on FS that are struggling with their weight and food demons.
