I was hoping to break through the 200 ceiling this morning but instead I am up some. At first I was confused but then it dawned on me that I did make some changes yesterday. On Sunday's my husband and I usually do Brunch and Dinner (2 meals) and since I am in the Bright Line boot camp I am supposed to do 3 meals a day. That's one of the Bright Lines-3 meals a day, no snacks, no grazing. In the bootcamp you get very specific types and measurements of food for each meal. I didn't know which sin would be greater; breaking the 2 meal Bright Line, OR, rearranging the types/portions of foods so that I had a small breakfast and a Larger Lunch. Well, I can see the results of my moving things around on the scale this morning so now I know what to do next Sunday. Meanwhile, I did get in a 40 minute hike with my husband and had a nice stroll with my sister last night for 15 minutes. Happy Monday everyone. We are off to see some Spring Training Baseball and I can't wait.
91.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
