Well fast day didn't break my food mentality. Seem to be driven by sugar and carbs at the moment despite having a fridge full of healthy food and walking every day. Add to that I have been moving every day with gardening etc. Will try and reset today. Perhaps increase the amount of protein until I break the sugar carb feast
