My first week on keto was great; this week hasn’t been as great but I’ve stuck with it. Maybe hormones?? I’m also having trouble sleeping...up most of the night feeling restless...anyone dealt with this on keto? Any advice? I’ve tried magnesium and electrolytes so don’t think it’s that.
