Totally mistimed my eating yesterday having dinner at 10:30pm which is a no-no. Dinner was not to heavy protein shake and 3 buffalo wings. Hit the gym for 7 mins after that not sure if that was helpful. Have a very busy weekend need to finalise planning exercise and work life balance.
