I have been a member of Fat Secrect for quite some time now but never utilized it like I should have...it's never too late to start.

I am 46 years old and have been overweight most of my adult life. As the years have gone by I have gone up and down with my weight but this is the largest I have ever been and the most unfit as well. Not a proud moment for me when I realized this, however, I am looking to the future and not in the past. Yesterday is the past so it does not matter. My goal is to be the best that I can possibly be today. I'm taking this one day at a time. I didn't get to this point in one day and I know it will take awhile to get to where I want to be but I'm OK with that the point is that I am ready! Let's do this!!
