I went to my new dietitians appointment today and weighed in over 150 kg, not good, not happy with it but have a dietitian who is willing to give me support but is also someone who does not put up with crap.
we have started with times to have meals as well as instructions on what to do with my time during the day.
I also took out a membership with the towns ymca which includes aquatic pools, aqua aerobics and group classes and a gym.
so 9 am breakfast/ 12-1 pm lunch/ 3-4 afternoon tea/ dinner 6-7 pm and must stop eating by 9 pm.
meals have to be planned
have to be in bed by 11.30 pm and not my usual 2-3 am and getting up at midday
whole lifestyle change
God willing I can keep to the plan she has put into place for me

I have been a bit depressed because of women problems
it affected my attitude, my physical health, my appearance, emotions and sleep patterns. I always feel quiet ill and extremely exhausted after that time and because I chose to take a pill (which caused the blood clots in my lungs)for a few years,I am no longer able to take the pill and now I'm never sure when it's going to happen, how long or if there will be a break etc.
I know life goes on and I still need to live but today I just feel over life.
want to hide in a corner so no one can see me.
I don't want to exist, don't want to function, don't want to pretend that everything is alright

darn women's time (you know what) 1 am
PMS, plus chocolate and comfort food cravings
aches, pains and cramping which discourage me from my exercise.
might
still felt crap around 10 am so stayed in bed till midday and asked my sister for comfort food. 2 egg and cheese toasties. this comprises of cereal, protein, dairy and fat. I didn't have any veg today, so am making sure I have them tomorrow

this is a photo of when I was 25kg lighter than I am now, I was able to exercise more and had energy to do more than just a small bit of shopping before I got puffed out.
I wish to be back to 123kg then from there I would like to get down to 85kg over the next few years
