My last solid meal due to a dental procedure that has left me to eat my meals with a spoon for a few days... 100g chicken & salad, low carb wrap & satay dipping sauce (made with high protein Marmadukes Peanut Butter Powder & sriracha) 343cal 42gPr 13gFbr

OK- that's 1.5kg down since returning from my 'foodie' retreat last week?! Somewhere along this journey I came across something about 're-feeding' every 6 months if you are on a sustained calorie deficit... I didn't take the time to look into it then as I was cruising along with my 1kg per week weight loss... since then I've watched as @UDTres manage his weight whilst in some serious training using macros and varying calories... I think I'm there now 😂 Off to do some research 😀

I didn't understand the 'reset metabolism' thing (still don't to be honest 😂), but here we go with a 1kg drop this week after a fun time away from my meal plan last week and slowed weight loss this past month or so... whatever, I'll take it thankyou 😁

Back to it tonight! My fave go to dinner - 150g chicken breast and veg 360cals, also a sweet treat to boost my protein for the week 120cals...

Seems my glory days of a consistent 1kg per week loss has ground down to a 1/2kg per week... I think I'm ok with that... keeping my cals at 1200, working on dropping fats from 30% to 25%, protein 125g (40%), carbs whatever is left... replacing daily walking with some light weights training... Also, a week off work and a road trip with my foodie mates has been what my body needed to 'reset'... Feeling good 👍
