Still on plateau because I now do daily training using gym equipment. Although my weight has remained stable it appears my body fat has moved from around 21% to as low as 18.9% at times. I am also losing inches and have no pot anymore. I will keep going as I am getting thinner without the loss.

more weight training-- need to cut down intake of fruit

been working out in gym so don't expect to lose weight for about a month, however inches are coming off as I build muscle

Been doing a liver detox... recipes are hard to enter but consist of alkaline foods, starting with a berry smoothie with flax seeds and whey isolate, salad sandwich with gluten/dairy free and then eating meals based on high alkaline foods
