I made trail mix! (Again- been making it but added new things today). No salt peanuts, honey roasted peanuts, pepitas, unsalted sunflower seeds, lower sugar dried cranberries, soybeans, chickpeas, 1 can smokehouse almonds, 1 $1 box Boston baked beans, 1 bag dark chocolate chips & a dark chocolate Hershey bar I found while putting up groceries. 1/2 a cup a day for snack = about 270 calories & 40 carbs (less than that but that’s what I chart). No chips in my house!
