Quick update, went to gym this afternoon and tried HIIT SPRINT, good work out!
I ate well but weight is starting to plateau, see how I go on monday when I submit the result.

I broke my fast early today to change things up a bit, I had chobani plain yogurt with some muesli around 9am and a chicken roll in the late afternoon. Just arrived home from the gym and food is the last thing on my mind as I type. I'm guessing I will be hit with the hunger bug later tonight, must be disciplined not to binge.

Today I have decided not to count calories, Saturday's can be my non count day but still remain sensible. As I'm typing I'm smashing the juiciest mango, I forgot how delicious a mango can be!!
Today I have a new buddy! 2 in total Woop wooop :)
My new buddy is killing the weight loss, so inspirational.
May the force be strong and I go to gym class tomorrow.

Today I ate an extra 150 calories but all good food. I didn't go to the gym due to work but as a consequence I will have to go Sunday as I'm working tomorrow as well. If I don't go Sunday alarm bells should start ringing. I'm still 100% committed so all is well.
