Just been ahoyed back by Gran so figured it could be a good way to record my weight again considering I’ve gained over 13kg & lost 19kg since I last signed in 😂

After an absence of just on a month due to illness in relation to my tooth extractions, a lousy dose of bronchitis, a nasty fall in my pebble paved driveway which ripped great chunks of skin off my knee, down my shin & upper foot AND a bad case of the bedridden blues, I feel like I'm back on track now ..... STARTED 7.8.15 @ 95.5kg TODAY 21.10.15 ~ 85.2kg = 10.3kg lost in just on 10 weeks ~ I think I'm pretty happy with that ~ all things considered ~ some people were kind & brought comfort food for me which I duty fully ate 😉 but I'm surprised that I didn't have any MAJOR pig outs ~ perhaps that was 'cod I couldn't get out to shop ~ although there was that one time that I had a super stack of home made pancakes with lemon juice & raw sugar ~ OMG ~ they were to die for!!!! 😜

Woke up this morning expecting to be 90kg or so 'cos I gave into the great temptation at Maccas yesterday with my visitors from down South & had a Mega Angus Burger meal with large fries & a large choc thick shake .... WHAT A PIG ... but I have to admit it was bloody delicious ... why does junk food taste soooooo good ?!?!?! 😩
Anyway I didn't gain so I still only have the .8kg gained after my big sweets bake off last week for Paul's celebration at school.
Pictures tomorrow to see Oddball ... must avoid the choc top ice cream and then we're taking the kids to a jumping castle play hall where the adults can have a/noon tea ... that'll be another one I have to watch out for too.
GOTTA STAY STRONG!!!!!
